The Division of Information Technology Services (ITS) is headed by Mr. Ronald Henry, Associate Vice President & Chief Information Officer for Information Technology.
The goal of ITS is to provide cost effective, efficient and reliable access to cutting edge Information Technologies of hardware, software, networking, and telephony for the students, faculty, staff and stakeholders of Florida A&M University.

Our mission is to provide cost effective, efficient and reliable access to cutting edge information technologies of hardware, software, networking, and telephony for the students (present and prospective), faculty, staff and stakeholders of Florida A&M University. Through the use of these information technology resources, ITS is committed to providing support to the University’s programs for instruction, research, student services, financial management and administration.
