I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Year Up.
Interview
Interview process will scrutinize very closely to find your finance knowledge . Salary offered was very low. The interviewer gave me a sense of non inclusion and came across judgmental. Year Up mission is all about opportunity divide but it seems that only applies for helping young adults.
Interview Questions
Like many organizations, the coronavirus pandemic resulted in many immediate challenges for Year Up. After being entirely in-person, we transitioned our program to entirely online in one week. But through these challenges, we also saw long-term opportunities to innovate in ways that would ultimately enable us to expand our reach.
