Instructions: DIRECTIONS: Before use, apply a small amount to an inconspicuous area to test for colorfastness. Allow test area to completely dry and observe for any color change. Do not use on wool, silk or leather. Soak up excess liquid or residue. Saturate problem area with product. If treating carpet, cover two times the carpet area to be sure to use enough product to reach the carpet backing and padding. Let sit for 3–5 minutes, then blot in gently with a clean, damp colorfast sponge or cloth. Repeat if necessary. Not intended for use in carpet cleaning machines.

Got this to get cat pee smell out of a little spot, so that my cat would stop thinking it's ok to pee there. Followed the instructions 3 times in a row back to back, and more times later. Still smells pretty much the same.

Best Product for Odor and Stain Removal
This is one of the few products that actually words as stated. The fragrance isn't meant to cover up the smell either.. and it's is a clean, fresh smell rather than overwhelming. This is the only product I use, although it is difficult to get. I ordered the half gallon size (which is less than five dollars) and was told that the shipment was damaged and I wouldn't be getting it. It wouldn't let me reorder so had to order five of the 32oz.. and just about the same price. Other than really strange pricing, it is a wonderful product and I highly recommend it.

Gets the stains out
Does the job. Potty-trained 2 pups in 1 year. Took care of accidents and dirty high traffic areas. Gets the stains and odors out.

Product Really Works
I have four cats and one of the older cats coughs up bile-like fliuld. The Oxy Stain & Oder Remover cleans this on my tile, wood and carpet with excellent results. Also urine accidents the odor is completely eliminated. I am very pleased with this product and suggest it highly.

1. It will remove some of the stain, but not all...still worth a try. I have 11 pets and can not live without it!

2. Yes, if for carpet/fabric, you will need to saturate the area well to penetrate further than the surface (as directed). You should work the solution into the surface using your fingers (maybe 1-3 times) and wipe clean with a wet/dry rag. But again, make sure you saturate the area to reach below the surface of carpet where the urine/spray has situated so the oxy can do it's job where you are unable to reach. This product has a nice low odor smell and it does not counteract with urine/spray.

3. no it will not...but I advice you to use some household vinegar and water it will come out.....first try a bit of vinegar alone on the satin then use a sponge with luke water to pass it on ...

4. Yes, I believe it will. I have this beautiful wool rug which my dog has been marking for 5 years. Nothing got the stain or smell out. I had to use this product about 3 times, but no more stain. It is a great product.

5. Honestly I think this WILL Get out the stain. I just bought it and used it on a stain that was about a month old, and it's gone completey!!

1. Yes it does work outside we have a patio and he has a problem of just going out the slider and doing his job and when we was off the patio we use the Oxy Stain & Remover Spray. I just glad along with the spray I purchased a large refill bottle as well.

3. YES, it does just as good. You can also use Renuzit Wonder Pet super odor neutralizer. It is also a wonderful product. I use them both togethe. Clean what you can with the OUT! then saturate it with the Renuzit...you'll be amazed...

4. cat spay smell is the worst...they will spray anything and everything. Is this cat neutered or spayed yet? If not, this will reduce the spraying.

1. Yes, but this product does contain hydrogen peroxide, so do not soak areas, just spray, wipe until the area is clean to your liking!

2. It could be, but not sure why you'd want to since it is for stain and odor removal.. and hardwood floors usually don't stain or hold odor if wiped up.

3. I'd try it if I were you... since it's an enzyme odor remover you have to leave it in place for approximately 12 hours and let it do its thing.. then, clean with a suction cleaner and it should take all the smell away.
